Definitely didn’t need these, but I have been looking for a pair of light colored shoes lately. I’ve had the white perforated leather Janoskis, and worn them to the ground so I figured I would get another pair. They are great everyday shoes and I think they are one of Nike’s cleanest designs. I had to switch up the laces from the original red, and I’m glad SBs usually come with two sets of laces. These are available now as part of Nike SB’s August collection.
